I've worked in hospitality since I was 16, more than fifteen years of it as a barista, mostly making coffee for the guests of our own business, every day \u2013 and I love it! My love of coffee blossomed in Ireland and came to full bloom at Apricot Coffee!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

My profession and great love is floristry, but coffee and working with people have always been part of my life. Here I can taste fantastic coffees and recommend them to others. Plus, the flowers are grateful for the regular care. I'm currently on maternity leave \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I'm R\u00e9ka, one of the familiar faces behind the counter. I first came here as a guest for coffee, then on a friend's suggestion I sent in my CV, and I've been part of the Apricot team ever since. You'll most often find me behind the counter serving our guests. I learned to make coffee here, as part of the team, and I'm still learning something new all the time. I especially love that every day we can put a smile on our guests' faces with carefully made drinks. I love it when a good coffee comes with a kind word and a smile \u2013 for me, that's what makes a caf\u00e9 experience truly good, whichever side of the counter I'm on.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
